Over 15 Years Of Healthcare Leadership Experience

Boasting over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Dr. Lu previously chaired the Department of Gynecologic Oncology and Reproductive Medicine and co-directed the Clinical Cancer Genetics program at MD Anderson Cancer Center before joining Moffitt. She also served as the ad interim Chief Clinical Officer at MD Anderson.

Dr. Lu's academic background encompasses a bachelor's degree in biochemical sciences from Harvard University, completion of medical studies at Yale University School of Medicine, and a master's in healthcare management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Demonstrating her commitment to advancing the field, she actively participates in organizations such as the American Society of Clinical Oncology Research Committee and is set to assume the role of President-Elect of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology.
