Delaney Park Health and Rehabilitation Center, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver care to residents or patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.

• Available Shift: All Shifts

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering care to residents/patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with residents/patients, family members, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Florida LPN License, required
• Valid BLS certification, required
• One year of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, preferred
